How to Install
Directions for Use
- The H2O Hydro-GEN Bottle is packaged with a small amount of distilled water to prevent the hydrogen generator’s mesh from drying up.
- Be sure to charge before using. Charging time is between 2-4 hours.
- Please go through one cleaning cycle before first use. Refer to page 9.
- If the product does not work, put a small amount of hot water (70°C) covering the mesh part in the container and operate in Mode 1 (3 minutes) 1- 2 times or in Mode 2 (5 minutes). Restart the product after generating once.
- While some water may leak from the oxygen outlet during hydrogen generation, there is no problem. Since it does not mean a malfunction, please dry it and continue use.
- When operating the product for more than 10 minutes, the pressure inside the container rises, so loosen the container lid to avoid pressure build up. (DANGER!!).
How to Clean
Maintenance is necessary to ensure good performance of the product for a long time. When bubbles are reduced during production, it is time to clean. The hydrogen water generator is delicate, clean it carefully.
If minerals and calcium start to accumulate in the hydrogen generator, it will hinder hydrogen generation, and foreign matter and offensive odor may be discharged from the hydrogen generator.
Clean the product according to the following guidelines before starting to use the product.
Bottle cleaning
Separate the bottle from the base and clean it with water or wipe with a sponge/smooth cotton cloth. Neutral detergent can be used for cleaning. Recommended cleaning frequency: 1-2 times a week. Do not use abrasive cleaning sponges / cloth.
Electrode (bottle base) cleaning
Water minerals cause scale build-up in the hydrogen water generator (bottle base/electrode). This results in lower hydrogen production. To ensure proper functioning of the device, regular cleaning of the electrode is required.
Fill the bottle with tap water and add 10-20 ml of vinegar/citric acid into the water. Run the device 2 times on #1 mode (10 min in total). Wash the bottle once the hydrogen generation is completed.
▪ How to store the product
If you are not planning on using the product for a long period of time, pour enough water into the bottle to completely cover the hydrogen generator mesh. Keep the bottle in an upright position.
How to Charge
After a certain period of time, the internal battery will normally be discharged.
- Battery indicator on the display shows the state of the battery charge.
- Full charge allows to use the device for about 28-30 cycles of 5 minutes (mode #1) and 7-8 cycles of 20 minutes (mode #2). The device is charged with a standard USB cable providing great flexibility particularly when travelling including charging through a laptop USB port.
WARNING:
Never put metal or liquid inside the USB adapter jack.
